How long does the bank payment take?

Unfortunately, the duration of the bank payment to Pocket depends entirely on the banks involved and can range from a few minutes to several business days.

If this is available to you, make sure to use instant payments so that your payments arrive at Pocket within only a few minutes. Unlike regular ones, instant payments go through even on weekends.

If instant payments aren't available to you, it helps to make the payment in the morning, to make it more likely that your payment will arrive at Pocket on the same day.

In some cases, the payment always takes at least one business day. If your payment hasn't arrived at Pocket even after 2 business days, please contact us and send us a booking confirmation.
