Why can't I sign in?

Some users may experience problems when logging in. Especially when running Android devices with no Google Play services or trying to open the sign in link using Firefox on Android. In case the sign in link received by email doesn't automatically open the app, it's possible to paste it directly in the app under Settings > Paste link.

For security reasons the sign in link expires after 30 minutes. If your link expired you can simply request a new one through the same process.
